Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP)

What is CIPP?

Innovative & Non-Invasive

Cured-in-place pipe lining is a highly advanced method for rehabilitating pipes that have become worn down from years of use or have cracks and leaks. Our CIPP equipment allows us to insert a new liner within the existing pipe and seamlessly restore it within hours, resulting in a fast, seamless, no-dig, eco-friendly service.

How Does CIPP Work?

A Trenchless Pipelining Method

This method requires little to no digging and uses the existing pipe to create a new functional line. First, debris is cleared from the existing pipes using Allied Robotic technology. Any immediate and large damages are patched before a flexible liner is inserted into the existing pipe. The liner is then inflated and cured via heat or ultraviolet light. This method is suitable for both long and short runs and can be used with a wide variety of diameter pipe.

A Few Benefits:

No-Dig Solution

The antiquated process of digging up pipes is time intensive and dangerous. The first steps include calling 811 to make sure you don’t damage any electrical wires or run into any city mains. That alone can take days to get inspectors to approve the side for digging, not to mention the time it takes to expose the damaged pipe, pull it out, and install a new one. CIPP uses the existing pipe to install a new pipe, within the existing pipe. No need to call 811 or spend hours digging up damaged pipe. Save your landscaping, driveway, parking lot, flooring, or stop the need to reroute traffic. CIPP is a great option for seamless pipe replacement.

Lower Installation Cost

While at first it might seem like the more traditional methods would be the most cost-effect. There are several other factors to consider before you let the plumbers dig into your project. The cost of digging a trench range from $800-$1,200. This doesn’t include the amount of time it will take for the technicians to dig the trench, pull up the pipe, lay new pipe, and finally fill in the trench. Not to mention what the added cost will take to restore the trenched spot to normal.

Faster Results

In addition to lower installation cost, CIPP offers much faster results. With traditional trenched methods, replacing, fixing, or reinstalling a new pipe could take weeks. On average, CIPP takes a day and a half, allowing you and your family, or you and your business the quickest option to return to normal. Moreover, by the time Allied leaves the jobsite your neighbors or clients won’t even notice where the “damage” was done.

Versatility

Whereas many different piping issues have many different solutions, CIPP covers a large range of issues you may be experiencing. With CIPP a skilled technician can complete point repairs on a number of damaged sections within a pipe or complete a manhole-to-manhole installation. Furthermore, CIPP lining can be effective for both small and large diameter pipes, making it a great solution for homeowners, businesses, or municipalities.

A Solution for the Big and the Small

Larger buildings, like business or multi-family units, often have a network of complex pipe systems making it harder to locate when a problem occurs. In the past, extensive digging, and tearing down of walls, ceilings, floors, parking lots, etc. cost businesses precious time and disruption to their customers. CIPP is not only a great solution for homeowners but all types of commercial buildings as well. CIPP liners can be installed in a matter of hours and can save you the eyesore and liability that comes with exposed walls, flooring, ceiling, etc. Save time, money, and headaches with CIPP lining.

Long-Lasting, Eco-Friendly Solutions

Chances are that at least once in your homeowner’s lifetime you will experience a plumbing need. Every pipe and every pipe material have a lifetime. When it comes time for replacement consider CIPP.

When CIPP is installed by a skilled professional, the results are a seamless pipe. Seamless pipes offer less room for small leaks, broken pipes, or splitting to occur. CIPP material is also resistant to rust and corrosion unlike many pipes you might find in older homes. In addition, CIPP liners are said to last fifty years or longer. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing that rather adding pipe to the waste field, you have found a way to renew what was old; is there a better way to recycle than that?
